• Call your Congressman or Congresswoman. Don't know who it is -check out this web site: https://writerep.house.gov/writerep/welcome.shtml Tell him or her that we can no longer delay. We need health care reform this year, and that it must be affordable for average people.

• Write to the NEWSPAPERS. Write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper. Tell your story and ask our elected officials to make health care reform a priority. Think it doesn't matter? Your congressional rep is reading that paper every day!

• Join the OCHC NETWORK. If you have not already signed the pledge to help, click here to join us and find out how you can be involved.

• Belong to an ORGANIZATION? Have your organization endorse the principles of OCHC.
