Ohioans Tell Governor Strickland to Fix It Now!
Health Care Consumers Deliver Petitions to Governor's Office

Columbus OH-Consumer health care advocates armed themselves with tools in their quest to make health care affordable and available to all. Wearing construction hats, carrying hammers, and raising construction signs, consumers gathered at the statehouse to deliver more than 5,500 petition signatures to Governor Strickland calling on him to make health care reform his top priority.
"Ohioans cannot wait any longer for relief from sky rocketing health care costs, unfair insurance rules, and lack of access to care," said Cathy Levine, Co-chair of Ohio Consumers for Health Coverage. "We call on Governor Strickland to help fix Ohio's economy by fixing health care now!"
